We do our best to display our products, colours and specifications accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

2. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorised transaction, or a pricing or stock error. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.

3. Product use

The Rainelle shower head is intended for standard domestic shower fittings. Please follow the included installation instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

4. Product claims

Statements about filtration, water pressure, and effects on skin and hair describe the intended function of the product and typical customer experience. They are not medical advice and are not a guarantee of specific results, which vary depending on your local water quality and individual circumstances. Rainelle products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have a skin or scalp condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Drinking water

Rainelle shower heads are designed for showering only. The filtered water they produce is not intended for drinking.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Rainelle and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.
