30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to actually feel the difference. If you are not happy with your Rainelle shower head, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to request a refund.

How to start a return

Email us at support@rainelle.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Conditions

• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• The item should be returned in reasonable condition with all included accessories where possible.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
• If your item arrived damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the returns process above.
