Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order. There are no minimums and no surprise charges at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather and peak periods.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Australia.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@rainelle.com immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@rainelle.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
