Common questions

Where is my order? You will have received a tracking link by email when your order shipped. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating.

Will it fit my shower? Rainelle uses the universal G1/2 inch thread, which fits virtually every standard shower hose. If you can unscrew your current shower head by hand, Rainelle will fit.
